Review Terms
These Review Terms supplement the Terms of Service and govern text, ratings, and images submitted in reviews of QuantumCalc products. The Polish version controls for consumers in Poland; this English version is a courtesy translation.
1. Who may review
A signed-in user may submit a review. One account may submit one review per product. Having an account does not itself verify a purchase; we do not label a review as a “verified purchase” unless we have confirmed the order.
2. Content rules
A review must describe a genuine, personal product experience. You must not submit content that:
- is false, misleading, undisclosed advertising, or compensated without clear disclosure;
- infringes copyright, trade marks, personality rights, privacy, image rights, or data-protection law;
- reveals another person's personal data, credentials, identity documents, payment data, or confidential information;
- is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, sexually exploits children, or promotes violence, fraud, or unlawful goods or services;
- contains malicious code, spam, affiliate links, or material unrelated to the product.
3. Images
You may attach up to 3 JPEG, PNG, or WebP images with a combined size of no more than 5 MB. By uploading an image, you confirm that you created it or hold all rights and permissions needed to publish it. If another person is identifiable, you must have their permission unless applicable law clearly permits publication without it. Remove location metadata and personal information you do not want made public before uploading.
4. Licence
You keep ownership of your review and images. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, technically process (including resize and compression), reproduce, and publicly display the submitted content in the Service and in materials presenting that review or product. The licence lasts until the review is deleted, subject to backups and legal obligations. We do not sell rights to your images.
5. Moderation
A human reviews every submission before publication. We may approve or reject the complete review, restrict its visibility, or later remove it if it violates these Terms or the law. We do not change a review's meaning to present the product more favourably. We apply moderation diligently, objectively, and proportionately, taking account of the rights of the author and others.
If we reject or remove a review, you may request reasons and reconsideration at [email protected]. Include the account email and the most precise review identifier available.
6. Reporting infringement and copyright
If you believe a published review or image is unlawful or infringes your rights, use Report illegal content. Identify the exact URL or content ID, the legal basis, relevant facts, requested action, and your contact details. We process notices in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary way and inform the reporter of our decision and available redress.
A copyright notice should additionally identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the rights-holder's contact details, good-faith and accuracy statements, and a physical or electronic signature. Where the US DMCA applies, the notice should satisfy 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Knowingly false notices may create liability.
7. Storage and privacy
A published review, displayed reviewer name, and approved images are public. We retain rejected content only for as long as reasonably necessary for moderation, appeals, security, and legal claims, then delete it under our retention schedule. See the Privacy Policy for data-processing details.
8. Acceptance and changes
You must actively accept the current version before submitting. Material changes apply to content submitted after they take effect, and we will announce material changes in the Service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
